Windshear Cloak has been disabled by Epic Games since yesterday in Fortnite — which is incredible for the back bling of the outfit that was supposed to "defy the storm". On Trello, the publisher has explained that it was a "visual" bug. Since the cosmetic was deactivated just before the Device event, it's likely that the item suffered from graphic bugs when it was worn during the show.
The cosmetic is unlikely to be wearable until the maintenance required to implement Chapter 2 Season 3. The accessory was offered with the purchase of the Legendary Cyclo skin.
