Americas Region
To replace Stifecro and Rase, two players distinguished themselves: Empanizado, the Mexican player and languagehacker, a Canadian player.
- Empanizado completed this Masters Tour Bucharest in 7-2 , narrowly missing the top 8.
- languagehacker of the Lazarus team, ended in 6-2 this tournament, but if he won his place in GM, it is notably thanks to his excellent ranking during the HCT World Championship 2019.
