Valorant: T1 Sonii removed from Ninja's team

Since the release of Valorant, Tyler "Ninja" Blevins has participated in various competitions as part of a team of influencers. His last team, 100 Blifted, lost T1 Sonii and must find a new player for the tournaments to come.

Valorant: T1 Sonii removed from Ninja's team

Tyler " Ninja " Blevins is a well-known streamer who became famous through Fortnite. Since the release of Valorant, he also proves that he has a rather low level on FPS. Despite his influencer status, he rubs shoulders with professionals in several competitive events, including the stages of the Valorant Ignition Series.

However, there was a bit of mayhem within his last team, 100 Blifted. T1 Sonii, after heated exchanges, left the ship, just before the qualifiers for the FaZe Clan Invitational.

A team between competition and entertainment

Competition and fun are not always opposed. But on Valorant, teams of influencers are often invited to major competitions to put on a show and attract fans. The scene is not yet fully structured and the best professional players are not always enough to move the crowds.

That's why influencers like Ninja have been invited to the T1 x Nerd Street Gamers Showdown and the PAX Arena Invitational. In both competitions, Ninja's team failed to win a single match, but their presence was welcome nonetheless. Even if the Mixer adventure ended badly, Ninja remains a figure in the world of video games.

Internal disagreements

Ninja evolved since the Pax tournament within the 100 Blifted team, made up of various influencers. Even though winning professional competitions seems impossible, the team regularly trains together. They must participate in the qualifiers of the FaZe Clan Invitational to win her place in the Main Event.

However, they'll need to find a last player for the team with the departure of " Sonii " Sherman. During the last session, there were apparently some heated discussions between several members of the group, indicative of a dysfunction within the team.

Sonii explained on social medias that Ninja no longer wanted to play with him in his team, judging that his level was not sufficient. Tyler Blevins would then have given an ultimatum to the rest of the members: it was him or Sonii. The other members would then have chosen to continue the adventure with Ninja. The team is therefore currently composed of:

  • Austin " Morgausse '" Etue
  • Alexander " LeX " Deily
  • Gregory " Grego " McAllen
  • Tyler " Ninja " Blevins
