Two weeks ago, we learned that former CDL caster Phil "Momo" Whitfield was dismissed for inappropriate behavior towards women in the CoD community. It has also been revealed that Ben "Benson" Bowe has also left the league.

The casters of the Call of Duty League are in turmoil. Two weeks ago caster Phil 'Momo' Whitfield had been dismissed following an internal investigation carried out by Activision.

Ben "Benson" Bowe, one of the other casters in the competition, also revealed he had departed the league but refused to elaborate on his situation, as per advice from his legal team.

Like the Momo situation, Activision has not made any official comment on the situation. The only person to have spoken about the subject is Slasher following the accusations made against Momo. His tweet said that there was not just one person guilty of this type of inappropriate act, but two.

Benson may well be the second person, but the lack of information on this matter does not allow us to be categorical. Testimonies on Reddit seem to mention a story of sexual harassment.

There is another theory as to why the veteran commentator has left the league. Previous tweets made by Bowe have indicated that he may have been offered another job.
