Last April, various complaints appeared concerning a wave of unintentional bans following new procedures to strengthen the anti-cheat system on Modern Warfare and Warzone.
The community is still trying to seek justice regarding these illegitimate bans by posting on Twitter, Reddit or by creating tickets to Activision Support. However, it seems that the players are refused all explanations from Infinity Ward or Activision and are receiving the following message: "We cannot give more information concerning your ban, they are final and there is nothing you can do to to change things".
The hashtag #BANACTIVISION was created in an attempt to reverse some of the bans.. Sheshounet is one of the YouTubers who sheds light on this case. Obviously, few streamers and YouTubers agree to raise the issue because of their relationships with Infinity Ward and Activision. Hopefully, players that have been wrongly suspended will get the justice that they deserve.
