Take your jerseys out, and get ready to cheer on the best league in the world, because the League of Legends European Championship returns for the 2020 Summer Split on June 12!
G2 Esports asserted real domination over the Spring Split and, although they scared themselves during the Playoffs semi-finals against MAD Lions, finally raised the LEC trophy. With the same number of LEC titles than Fnatic, the throne of Europe is now at stakes — and both teams are the big favorites of this split.
We will have to count, however, on the cubs of MAD Lions as the rookies definitely showed their ability to defeat the best LEC teams. In a fashion way, Origen also proved countless times that their claim for the title wasn't just a dream. That being said, will they be able to join the two rival teams at the top?
