Elemental Rift Changes
Two weeks ago, Riot Scruffy mentioned the fact that Riot wanted to make some improvements to the Elemental Rifts, especially the Cloud and the Infernal one.
Cloud Rift
• Added Scryer's Blooms in front of each base's gates
• Added Scryer's Blooms in front of each tri-brush in the river
• Cloud Terrain's Speed Zones now grant 35% movement speed if you are out of combat vs. champions (increased from 20% always)
Infernal Rift
• Added Blast Cones near each tri-bush near Gromp
• Added Blast Cones by the Wolf Camp
• Added Blast Cones in front of each base's gates
• Added Blast Cones in the alcoves
LoL: Elemental Rifts and Runes changes in Patch 10.12
Riot Games is finally targeting ADC for a buff, but they're also planning big changes for Elemental Rifts and runes — to the point that the meta will drastically change.
