Pokemon HOME app: What Pokemon can be transferred to Sword and Shield?

With the release of Pokémon HOME, it's now possible to transfer 35 more Pokémon to Pokémon Sword and Shield. These take the form mostly of Starter, Legendary and Mythical Pokémon.

This starts with Squirtle and Bulbasaur, which you can choose as a gift when you first open the application. The other Kanto starter, Charmander, was already available in the game.

The process is very simple — just transfer them from your previous games to Pokémon HOME, and then from HOME to Pokémon Sword or Shield.

These new Pokémon can also be received via Mystery Gift.
