This strategy was clearly recommended when you were feeling ahead, with the alternative being to build a Stormrazor first and going for the classical build path.
With the nerf of both the Stormrazor and the Agility Cloak, things are going to change a lot in the bot lane...

• Amor increased: 100 → 110
