Visit Landmarks in a single match is one of the challenges to complete the Hide and Seek mission from Fortnite Season 1 Chapter 2.

Visit Landmarks in Fortnite in this Hide and Seek mission

As part of the Hide and Seek mission of the first season of Fortnite chapter 2, this challenge will ask you to visit five Landmarks in one single match. At first sight childish, this is actually a rather technical challenge that will require a bit of preparation.

As a reminder, Landmarks are to be distinguished from locations, which appear in words on your mini-map. Landmarks are all these additional places (statues, large infrastructures, bridges, summits, special lakes...) which are scattered on the outskirts of the major cities on the island of Apollo.

As they do not appear expressly on the map, it will sometimes be difficult to visit 5 of them in a single match. Don't panic, we have an infallible method to quickly validate this challenge.

First of all, you're going to have to play in Team Rumble mode. This game mode, where you can reappear over and over again, will give you all the time and tranquility you need to do the hike suggested below.

Example of a hike to visit five Landmarks

  1. E.G.O. Stagging Post location
  2. Compact Cars
  3. Green Steel Bridge
  4. Hayman Statue
  5. E.G.O. Barracks location
Fortnite

Using the map above, all you have to do is land at the E.G.O. Stagging Post (point 1), then follow the places to visit in order.

It is very important to visit them in order because the storm is coming fast! This sequence will almost always allow you to complete the challenge on the first try, without being caught by the hurricane.

  • Don't waste time picking up too much material or weapons: just run to the places to visit!
  • After landing, make your route from the outside edges of the map and head towards the center.

What if I don't validate all five at once?

One of the big advantages in Team Rumble mode is that you will reappear after each death while staying in the same game. If you can't visit the five Landmarks at once, don't panic: you'll be parachuted to another part of the island and you'll have about ten minutes to visit one or two Landmarks while walking around.

The map below gives you a more exhaustive list of notable places to complete your hike!
