This challenge is part of the Location Domination Overtime Challenges in Fortnite. All you'll have to do is to regain HP or shield up to 500 points in Shanty Town or The Orchard if you want to reach the last stage of this challenge. First, you'll have to find out where these two locations are.

You should be aware that both locations offer various ways to regain HP or shield. The Orchard shelters apple trees, whose fruits will give you a few life points when consumed. In Shanty Town, you'll find slurp barrels everywhere, which will give you shield/HP once broken.
The easiest place to complete the challenge will be to go to Shanty Town, not far from the Rig.
Note that all other healing items will work to complete the challenge:
- Bandages
- Bandage Bazooka
- Potions
- Fishes
- Medkit
Finally, don't forget that in order to heal yourself, your life bar must be low. Jumping off a four-storey ramp can be a good way to injure yourself "on your own" and then apply treatment.
