Animal Crossing: New Horizons: Bunny Day event guide and item list

Bunny Day takes place in Animal Crossing: New Horizons between April 1-5. This article will help you understand how to fully enjoy Easter, by collecting the different types of Eggs and unlocking special DIY Recipes.

First, install the update

If you haven't updated the game yet, it's time to do that now! The Easter event and cherry blossom will not appear if your game is not up to date.

Find Zipper T. Bunny

To start the Easter event, you have to find Zipper on your island. He's an NPC, like, Flick who wanders around your island, so look carefully.

After talking to him, you'll need to start looking for hidden Eggs all around your island.

  • Pop the balloons in the sky: Sometimes, the Easter-themed balloons give DIY Recipes
  • Collect bottles on the beach: These can give particularly special recipes between April 1-12
  • Talk to your neighbors: Sometimes they will exclaim "!" and run towards you, giving you a new recipe in the process.
